Referral Rewards: The HIP Club

The greatest compliment we can receive is the referral of your family and friends. Our referral rewards program is a way for us to thank all our loyal patients. When you refer three people to our practice and they begin treatment, you become a member of the Hashem Important Patients Club, (HIP Club) and you will be entered in our monthly drawing (see “Monthly Prize Raffle List" below).

The more patients you refer, the greater the chance to win a monthly prize. Your name will be entered in every monthly drawing, for ONE year, unless you win a prize. At that point, all you need to do is to refer two more people to remain eligible for another year of monthly drawings.

Club Rules:

1. Refer (3) people (who start their braces treatment) to become a member in the HIP Club, for (1) year.
2. After the 1^st year, you can renew yearly membership by referring (2) new people who start treatment.
3. ALL family member referrals will count as (1) referral.
4. A monthly winner will be drawn randomly from the list of HIP Club members.
5. Unless you win a prize, you will be eligible to win EVERY month for the duration of your membership.
6. Winners must like us on Facebook.
7. Winners must post a picture of them with prize, on their social media & tag us.
8. Winners must do (2) GREAT reviews for our office (Facebook AND Yelp or Google).
9. ALL winners will be announced on our Facebook page and on Instagram.
